Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 July 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Pressly Design Studio (“we,” “us,” “our”) and the graphic design services offered through this website (the “Service”). Pressly Design Studio trades as [Legal Entity Name, e.g. “Pressly Design Studio,” a sole trader / Ltd company], registered address [Registered Address], company number [if applicable].

1. Acceptance of Terms

By commissioning work, submitting a brief, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pressly Design Studio provides digital graphic design services, delivered entirely online with no physical goods or shipping, including:

  • Logo design
  • Brand identity systems (colour palette, typography, usage guidelines)
  • Social media kits and templates
  • Digital assets for web, apps, and campaigns
  • Marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations)

Every completed project includes final delivery files (PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG as applicable) and, on request, source files (AI, PSD, or Figma). Current service types and prices are listed on our pricing page.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to commission our services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and assets you provide to us.

4. User Responsibilities

To deliver your project on time, you agree to provide a clear brief, any required brand assets, and timely feedback during revision rounds. Delays in providing feedback or assets may extend the delivery timeline and are not treated as delays caused by us.

You confirm that any content, logos, images, or brand assets you supply to us do not infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any third party, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from assets you provide.

5. Orders and Payment

  • Prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) on our pricing page and are subject to change with notice; the price agreed at the time of order is the price payable for that order.
  • Once our Paddle integration is live, payments will be processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), acting as our authorised reseller and merchant of record, who handles billing, currency conversion, and applicable sales tax/VAT on our behalf.
  • By placing an order once Paddle checkout is available, you also agree to Paddle’s buyer terms in addition to these Terms.
  • Work begins once payment (or an agreed deposit) is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as agreed at the time of quoting. Revisions beyond the agreed scope, or requests that materially change the original brief, may be quoted separately.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Any assets, briefs, logos, or content you supply to us remain your property.
  • Design work delivered as part of a completed and fully paid order transfers to you upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Until full payment is received, all deliverables and preliminary concepts remain the intellectual property of Pressly Design Studio.
  • We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pressly Design Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Either party may cancel an in-progress order in line with the Refund Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
